Wilson as described in Deed Record 202, page 62 in the Office of the Miami County Recorder; thence South 00° 42'45" East along said west line a distance of 370.20 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rebar; thence South 80° 21'49" West a distance of 241.79 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rebar; thence South 3° 45' 00" East a distance 310.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 4.641 acres. The nature of the suit against you is a suit to quiet title as to the named Defendants, as well as any and all other persons in the world, as against all demands, claims or claimants whatsoever and whosoever to the real estate described above. Public Notice Notice is hereby given by the City of Peru Building Commissioner to the current owners of and/or any persons having an interest in the following properties located in Peru, Indiana: Jeffrey & Jodi Worden or current owners of 357 Washington Ave (house only); Tina Collins or current owners of 580 E 5th (garage only);Robert & Linda Johnson or current owners of 322 E 2nd, Kathryn Bunker or current owners of 119 W 6th (garage only), Lisa Short or current owners of 123 W 6th (garage only), Indiana Wabash LLC, Billy Green or current owner of 578 E 5th Street; Jeffrey & Janet Worl or current owners of 318 E 5th Street; that the Board of Building appeals voted in agreement that these structures were unfit for human habitation and were unsafe on September 28, 2017. The Board voted that these structures should be demolished at the owner's expense.
